The Minors are not allowed to access our Services. • Violate any local, national or international statutes or rules
• Engage in an activity that ignores the rights of other people like violation of the right to the intellectual property
• Forward any abusive, criminal or malicious writing
• Trying to unauthorisedly access or disturb any activities, operations or Services, or any network or system related to.
• When you violate these Terms or are abusive with the Service we have the right to suspend or terminate your access to VPN Service.

Pay and Subscribe

It is a requirement that some functions of the Services be paid. By paying a paid plan, you agree to pay the necessary sum echoed in the price list page.

Decomposing of the payments is carried out using third-party payment service providers and your full payment information is not retained.

Unless otherwise under these Terms and unless the law demands otherwise, subscription fee is not refundable.

Privacy

We do not interfere with your privacy. Our Privacy Policy will give the information on how we gather, use and protect your personal data. By using the Services you accept practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Senton Group is the owner or has a license to everything contained in the texts, trademarks, logos, software and materials used on the side of Senton VPN and which falls under the category of intellectual property law.

In any case, you may not reproduce, translate, modify, copy, sell, resell, recapture won Helpster, recover, distribute, perform or create derivative works of it without prior written permission of Senton.

Availability and Amendment of Services

We try our utmost to ensure that our Services are available without interruptions although this cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Senton reserves the right to alter, suspend or stop any component of the Services, at any second in time without notice.

Limitation of liability

Senton VPN or affiliates, employees, agents, or licensors will not be entitled to be liable to you, regardless of scenario, to the maximum extent permitted by the law, to the direct, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting by your use or non use of the Services.

Our liability to you under this Agreement either in relation to any act or omission of us or in respect of any claim / damage to property made against us or to the extent attributable to the gross negligence of us or our officers (or our officers), is hereby capped at the amount paid by you to us in the last 12 months prior to the making of the claim.

Termination

At any time and at any instance and without specific notice or responsibility to you, we reserve the right to delete or deny you access to the Services, and this is only under the conditions of a bowing of the Terms or any other, according to our own judgment.

As soon as you are fired, you will lose any right to use Services.

User Content

In the event that you provide any comments, ideas and other deliverables to us, you grant Senton a free non-exclusive, universal and royalty-free access to use, reproduce and alter such materials in relation to any use.

You ensure that the contents of the posts you make do not violate any rights of other individuals or the laws.

Conflict Settlement and the Overriding Law

Such rules are established by Swiss law, which does not imply conflict of law principles.

Any arising disagreements in association or out of these Terms and Services shall be resolved in the measures of cordial negotiations. The conflicts will only be forwarded in case it has not been resolved to the tribunals of Geneva, in Switzerland.
